This project will support unpaid carers in Essex to improve their mental health and wellbeing to increase their confidence and ability in their caring role. It will deliver a programme of group activities to assist carers to make positive lifestyle changes. Activities will include mental health and wellbeing sessions such as mindfulness, walking, nutrition and exercise sessions.
