The service includes telephone/video link support to people experiencing anxiety a shopping service doorstop welfare checks to people at high risk support with essential health appointments and delivery of care packages which include DVDs books and jigsaws. The project helps reduce loneliness and isolation and improves wellbeing and quality of life.
