Abbey’s older people's health and wellbeing daily activities and services (360G-tnlcomfund-0045235940)

The project is using funding to continue supporting people in the Kilburn area over the next three years through a range of community projects. Programmes include Community Time Camden a time interests and skills exchange an older men’s activities and adventures group a home befriending scheme their Neighbours 2 Friends project which brings people of later years together with younger residents through shared activities as well as general health and well-being self-help information services social groups weekly; and volunteer activities and opportunities. The project ensures people feel less isolated and lonely are more actively involved in their communities and improve their social connections.
