The project is using funding to provide support to tackle isolation and loneliness among people in Yorkshire and Humber who are living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) particularly people with a new diagnosis. The project provides tailored and closely matched peer support by connecting newly diagnosed MSers with a Buddy an ‘experienced’ MSer to help them to adjust to their diagnosis and to tackle social isolation.
