The charity will set up channels of communication for the veterans in its residential centres in Newcastle and Liverpool ensuring that people at high risk from being isolated because of their mental health are able to reach out and can be reached. The project aims to see people with very poor mental health survive through this period and to maintain progress that has been made in their support.
