The funding will be used to run a 2-strand digital care package. The project aims to support adults with a responsibility for vulnerable young people and training and mentoring support for young people. Among other they will provide online training for adults on key topics including managing anxiety and keeping active and healthy and a care package for young people which will include weekly online sessions training events and bi-weekly conversation for change interactive peer-peer forums.
