The funding will be used to support families and young people who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions by shopping for vital food and medical supplies which will be delivered to families on a weekly basis. The project will also provide activity bags for seriously-ill children to help alleviate the stress and boredom of being locked down. The project aims to support people during the coronavirus pandemic by providing emotional and practical support.
