SELFA Support will offer free mental health support throughout the COVID-19 crisis via counselling psychotherapy and life coaching for families. Families will be referred from various sources such as social workers health visitors and GP's among others. It will support with complex and multiple issues including poverty domestic abuse and now social isolation. Many have children with additional needs or diagnoses.
