Moving On - positive transitions through and out of foster care (360G-tnlcomfund-0045342788)

This group will use the funding to provide support to children leaving a foster placement and who wish to maintain contact with the family particularly the foster carers birth children with whom they have developed a positive sibling relationship. Foster carers and their families will also be supported in relation to the termination of a placement. During the two year project the group will work with 120 children and families and 15 volunteers across Scotland.
