The funding will be used to deliver and enable peer-support to family carers of people who have been physically or psychologically injured or have an illness connected to their service in the Armed Forces. Members include spouses partners parents grandparents children and other family members of people who are currently serving or have previously served in the Forces. The group supports family carers by offering listening support signposting and by bringing people with shared experiences together for mutual support.
