Connecting and empowering the pulmonary fibrosis community (360G-tnlcomfund-0045349659)

The funding will be used by the group over three years to enable them to continue with and expand their existing work of providing peer-led support groups for those affected by pulmonary fibrosis (PF) provide telephone-based support and improve referral pathways with general hospitals and specialist centres. The group will use the grant to cover staffing costs in order to increase its support and provision to people using its service. This will allow the group to create more support groups offer telephone based support and improve referrals to general hospitals and specialist support centres across England.
