This project will continue work delivered in the past by Trust Music Bolton Music Service Bolton NHST/Admiral Nurses and Bolton Dementia Support offering a singing/music session as part of the Day Care offering at Thicketford House Community Care Centre for people with dementia and their carers. This project will deliver a specially designed online provision with delivered tactile musical packs and an allowance for gradual blended transition when groups are allowed.
