The funding will be used over three years to develop and deliver their ‘Under Veil’ project which provides support for the LGBTQI community focusing mainly on people from a Muslim background who are at risk of being disowned harmed or ostracised from their community due to their sexuality. This service will be available to all BAME LGBTQI groups but predominantly Muslim offering private spaces for pastoral and social support.
