The project will use the funding to deliver an education day event for local Axial Spondyloarthritis (AS) patients many of whom are shielding. This will provide participants with tailored support exercise plans self-management skills and coping mechanisms and confidence to live their lives helping to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing.
