The funding will be used to provide a range of support and intervention to young people and families who are living in poverty. The project will provide access to hot and cold meals to alleviate hunger access to mentoring and advice and signposting to support employment education and housing. It will support people from black. Asian and ethnic minority communities who have been disproportionately impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and aims to promote mental physical and emotional well-being.
