The project will use funding to deliver its Go Out Get Active in Action programme to support 1500 people with disabilities and long-term health conditions in the Dover area through activities training and volunteering. This project looks to focus on removing the barriers for people with disabilities across the Dover District as a community led approach to ensure that locations and correct activities are delivered accordingly.
