The funding will be used to deliver traditional African drumming and dancing infused with modern dance drama arts and crafts to children and young people in the local BAME community. The project aims to improve mental health social skills develop their understanding of African culture and for older young people teach them valuable skills which will prepare them to take on adult responsibilities.
