The project will use the funding over four years to expand its work supporting people with ill mental health by developing an agricultural site in the rural area of Eden Cumbria. Participants will engage in a range of activities there including growing fresh produce cooking and horticultural and catering training while receiving peer support and helping with community outreach. This aims to reduce isolation and improve mental health.
