This group will use the funding to take the opportunity to promote more knowledge and understanding of how they can be more environmentally aware. 2 workers will attend environmental training to help improve the organisation's environmental policy by learning new eco approaches of how they can source materials recycle and knowledge of best ways to run a social enterprise company. After attending the courses research hours will allow for implementation of changes in the way 1125 CIC work. Additionally an eco-specialist will work and teach 2 workers and 2 young leaders how to improve our youth garden to find out ways to improve and use compost facilities make raised beds for vegetables and companion growing with a day trip for the youth leaders and group to see an example of a community garden to help inspire ideas and enthusiasm.1125 CIC will use £5300 to attend environmental training courses to minimise the organisation’s carbon footprint by improving policies and approaches to the way they operate
