This funding will enable Pathways of Chesterfield to provide a single point of access hub to support people who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness in Chesterfield North East Derbyshire and Bolsover. The organisation runs a day centre and wider homeless support and advice services for anyone over the age of 18. Through this clients are offered holistic needs assessments and then are supported appropriately in order to achieve their goals. The organisation works towards eradicating rough sleeping supporting those without a permanent home to achieve and maintain one and to prevent homelessness. This includes providing advice and support to those who are homeless or who are concerned about becoming so. Over 70% of their clients have a minimum of two complex needs.
