The funding will be used to provide a continued casework service to assist clients to make a claim to the employment tribunal when it has not been possible to resolve the problem by negotiation and providing new computer equipment to allow clients to access hearings remotely through the office. The project aims to help clients understand their employment rights and how to seek legal redress as well as empowering and helping them obtain knowledge and confidence to address similar problems themselves.
