The funding will be used by Bamboozle Theatre Company to provide their community of families with autistic and profoundly learning disabled children in Leicestershire with creative multi-sensory experiences opportunities to network and support each other and to build the capacity of the families to have their voices heard. The project is intended to build the confidence and resilience of these families and to provide meaningful and high quality experiences where their voices are heard. This will be achieved by providing outdoor creative experiences whole family support and training peer to peer events and an action research programme to develop “voices”.
