This organisation will increase the capacity of their Sleep Support Line which provides tailored advice to parents and carers on good sleep hygiene for the family. Many families will have children with additional support needs and by building the skills of the parents they will better understand their children’s needs resulting in better sleeping patterns. Depending on the complexity of needs families will be directed to a Sleep Advisor or Sleep Counsellor who will work with the family to resolve the issues they are experiencing. Children are aged between 18 months and 18 years.
