This funding will support Cystic Fibrosis Trust (CFT) to offer a range of employment support and advice on financial resilience to people with Cystic Fibrosis who are living longer due to improved medication and needing support in the worlds of work and personal finance. The proposal is structured around four outcomes. The project will deliver support as a mix of direct coaching by the project’s employment advisor and signposted support.
