The funding will be used to deliver 3 x ‘Fit for life’ courses for people with disabilities. This will provide peer support and mentoring and involve taster exercise sessions healthy eating and lifestyle advice mental health exercise and relaxation time and stress management workshops and a weight loss club. The project aims to help improve participants independence coping mechanisms health and wellbeing and enable them to become active members of the community.
