Topics addressed for children will include; friendships family relations dealing with anger and developing self-confidence. For young people; depression stress anxiety self -harm positive coping mechanisms self-awareness identity and developing positive relations. The project will be delivered via presentations and activities and aims to improve young peoples’ mental health and wellbeing.
