This funding will enable the development of a new service: Changing Lives that will work with 120 people in Lewisham and Greenwich who have experienced homelessness across the life cycle of the grant. The project offers long-term personalised coaching and peer support sports and creative arts-based activities to help build the skills needed to help forge a new life away from homelessness and help lessen the possibilities of repeat homelessness.
