The funding will be used to deliver a range of health and well-being sessions to women who have young children. There will be 3 sessions per week over a 12 month period. The three sessions will be general low level fitness (pushchair walks) coffee and chat and classes with an onsite creche (range of classes including yoga Pilates aerobics Tai Chi).This project is aimed at re-engaging with local parents and offering them a chance to get fit healthy and make friends through the social element of the activities.
