This group will use the funding to deliver a project for families and adults with disabilities and additional support needs in Shetland. The project will consist of a programme of groups clubs and individual support plans which will create opportunities and address issues of loneliness and social isolation. The group will conduct outreach across the islands in order to reach and provide support to the most isolated.
