The group will use the funding to further expand and develop their successful ‘Compassionate Communities’ project into two new locations. Working alongside third sector partners local organisations and individuals the project will work to inspire collective action through a range of services determined by communities which will enable people with deteriorating health and their carers to live well right up to the end of life. The project will involve 2100 people over two years in the towns of Fallin and Callander.
