The funding will be used provide holistic therapy enabling members of the community to have access to therapies that may be not available to them due to financial restraints. Although treatments are currently offered at a reduced rate they are still out of reach for some users. The activities will include a package of care including yoga mindfulness a buddy scheme social activity and holistic treatments. The project aims to reduce isolation increase mental well-being increase positive body image create a sense of calm in individuals and reduce the risk of self-harm or worse.
