The funding will be used to run monthly LGBTQ+ peer support groups for young people aged 16-35 especially those suffering from chronic loneliness and isolation. The group will work with local mental health teams local charities who engage with young people and schools and universities. The project aims to build community cohesion and create a social support network and increase the wellbeing and prospects of participants.
