This project will help the group to start a walking rugby group for over 55's in the Wycombe area. It will help reduce isolation and improve fitness and activity levels for all abilities fitness levels health conditions. It will support 30 individuals over the 12 months with each weekly session comprising of 60 minutes of low-impact physical activity (fitness drills walking exercises training drills mini-walking rugby games) and a dedicated 30 minutes of informal socialising amongst the group.
