Funding will be used to support the evaluation costs for Flying Start Luton a Reaching Communities funded project delivering early years interventions for 0-5 year olds across Luton. The cost of the three year evaluation to be undertaken by a PhD student from the University of Bedfordshire will be funded via the A Better Start (ABS) Programme and will use data aligned to that being captured in the ABS Southend programme which is being evaluated by the University of Essex.
