The funding will enable the project to support homeless people to access food and nutritional support offering weekly cooking activities. They will learn how to plan and prepare inexpensive nutritious meals from scratch and be provided recipe cards. There will be ongoing support with a fully trained Counsellor/Support Manager to set goals and improve skills as well as complete topics like anger management skills; loss & bereavement; dealing with complex emotions.
