This funding will support Age UK North East Lincolnshire to continue their existing Coping with change project and expand its comprehensive support for older people within the communities of Grimsby Cleethorpes Immingham and rural communities in North East Lincolnshire. It will support a minimum of 364 people per year experiencing distressing later life transitions. The project aims to help people build their mental and physical resilience and avoid a later life characterised by poverty ill health and loneliness.
