Alsager Community Support Staffing Project (360G-tnlcomfund-0045516818)

The funding will support Alsager Community Support to continue and expand delivery of a wide range of information advice emotional and practical support to the residents of Alsager in particular targeting disadvantaged and vulnerable people. Support will seek to reduce social isolation improve mental wellbeing improve confidence and financial resilience provision of accessible support delivery at a hub in the centre of Alsager 5 days per week. ACS is a responsive charity whose aim is to create a community in which no one feels truly isolated in which everyone knows that when they need help they can turn to ACS and get a positive response. When other agencies have reduced their services in Alsager due to funding cuts ACS volunteers have covered the gaps.
