Wales COL - Balanced Lives during the cost of living crisis (360G-tnlcomfund-0045519764)

Action For Elders Trust will use the grant of £95767 to sustain their Balanced Lives programmes in South and Mid Wales and increase the support available to meet the rising and urgent needs of older people. Support will be provided to improve their physical and mental health and alleviate their hardship and suffering due to the cost of living crisis. The grant will fund staff and general running costs. Bydd Action For Elders Trust yn defnyddio’r grant £95767 i gynnal eu rhaglenni Balanced Lives yn Ne a Chanolbarth Cymru a chynyddu’r cymorth sydd ar gael i fodloni anghenion cynyddol a brys pobl hn. Bydd cymorth yn cael ei ddarparu i wella eu hiechyd corfforol a meddyliol a lleihau eu caledi a’u dioddefaint oherwydd yr argyfwng costau byw.
