Wales COL -Ymyrraethau ymateb yn lleol i’r argyfwng costau byw-Age Cymru Gwynedd (360G-tnlcomfund-0045519980)

The grant will enable Age Cymru Gwynedd & Môn to continue supporting people that are aged over 50 with information and advice that will alleviate the negative impacts that the cost-of-living crisis is having on them. They will be supported to access allowances pension credits and schemes that will help reduce household energy costs. The grant will also support the organisation’s utility costs helping to sustain the range of services they offer to maintain the wellbeing of the community. Bydd y grant yn galluogi Age Cymru Gwynedd a Môn i barhau i gefnogi pobl sydd dros 50 mlwydd oed gyda gwybodaeth a chyngor a fydd yn lliniaru'r effeithiau negyddol mae'r argyfwng costau byw yn eu cael arnyn nhw. Byddant yn cael eu cefnogi i gyrchu lwfansau credydau pensiwn a chynlluniau a fydd yn helpu lleihau costau ynni tai. Bydd y grant hefyd yn helpu cefnogi costau cyfleustodau’r sefydliad gan helpu cynnal yr amrywiaeth o wasanaethau a gynigir ganddynt i gynnal lles y gymuned.
