This project will support older people by offering weekly enrichment activities including games club; chair aerobics; movie nights; gardening group; walking group; cake and chat sessions; and a reminiscence club. These will be led by an Activity Worker capable of leading a range of sessions; and external leaders brought in to lead chair aerobics and gardening; where specialist skills are needed. Activities will be easily accessible in a space which is purpose built to cater for a variety of needs including those with limited mobility and specialist access needs.
