This group work with people who have learning disabilities. After running sports taster sessions recently the group now wish offer these activities, which include football, netball, boccia and volleyball, on a regular basis for their members and the wider community. This will be used to increase fitness, build confidence and encourage a feeling of well being for those people that take part.
