Age Concern Greenwich have been awarded a grant that will allow them to carry out a number of event in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the war. The group will undertake trips to local war museums including the Imperial War Museum, carry out a VE day street party and also hold reminiscence sessions with local primary schools which will ultimately result in a drama production based on the members recollections.
