The Creetown Heritage Museum Trust Ltd have been awarded a grant that will allow them to host an events entitled 'Come and Meet the Veterans'. A 1940's style event will allow the public to meet veterans and hear them speak of their experiences during the war. These memories will also be recorded and input on the BBC People's War website. Whilst at the event visitors will also have the opportunity to view WW2 exhibitions within the museum.
