Mayfair Business Centre in Portadown is using a £41226 grant to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of their centre which is used by community groups social enterprises and charities. The project will install solar panels with battery storage and an external lighting system which will support the group to reduce carbon emissions by 3737 CO2 kg per year. These measures will save the group £5809 each year on their energy bills which can be spent on improvements to the building to benefit the local groups which use it.
