Recipient Org: Description Working Families' mission is to remove the barriers people with caring responsibilities face at work. Working towards this, they: 1. EMPOWER parents/carers to understand and use their employment rights and claim in-work benefits (~2,000 helpline users each year and ~1 million unique visitors to our online resources). 2. SUPPORT employers to create flexible, family-friendly, high-performing workplaces (160 employer members employing 1+ million). 3. DRIVE policy/legal changes to make it easier to work and care (active invited members of three government taskforces/advisory boards addressing maternity/pregnancy discrimination and flexible working, including a new flexible working APPG they have been invited to chair).
