SuperKind is an award-winning, free platform dedicated to empowering children to become active citizens and the next generation of change-makers by integrating social action and philanthropy into school curricula. They provide an easy, engaging, and child-safe way for schools to teach active citizenship, which research indicates is a crucial part of a student's education. Their platform provides comprehensive resources for teachers and students, including child-safe coverage of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals and other current issues (e.g., Ukraine, Black Lives Matter). To inspire young people, they over 50 inspirational case studies of young change-makers, and step-by-step toolkits designed to teach children how to take meaningful action. SuperKind also operates an award-winning fundraising platform built for schools, allowing them to raise money for over 40,000 charities and good causes. By 2025, over 315,000 social actions have been taken, with more than 2000 schools & PTAs registered, and 90% of participating students feel empowered to change issues they care about, which is nearly double the national average.
