We are a team of volunteers working hard towards a common goal, which is to provide disabled people with the means to ride at the level of their ability, choice and ambition. Thornton Rose is a place for fun, friendship and learning in a safe environment. This includes our disabled riders, volunteers and even the ponies. We are the only Riding for the Disabled Group in Midlothian and although mission is to serve the people of Midlothian, we do take in participants and volunteers from across Edinburgh City and the Lothians.
