Recipient Org: Description | First Conon Bridge Guides was originally established in the 1960s but did not meet for several years. However, since 2011 it is now a growing group with 17 members and 3 adult leaders who form the management committee. They share the policies and procedures of the wider Girl Guiding movement. First Conon Bridge Guides aims to support girls to develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. It aims to support girls to develop their potential and make a difference in the world. Conon Bridge is a relatively remote Highland village and the group provides a focus that no other organisation fulfils. |
