Recipient Org: Description The Three Harbours Association (3HA) was established as a registered charity in 2010 by residents of Cullen, Portknockie and Findochty, three former fishing villages on the Moray coast. It aims to promote community collaboration and maximise the economic potential of the historic harbours in these villages. Their first project began with the renovation of a redundant building near Cullen Harbour to form the Cullen Sea School, a water sports and small boat building centre for local people and visitors to the areas. The centre is run by volunteers and is open to all. Last year was the second full season with around 740 people benefitted from a wide range of water sport sessions over the summer period. The organisation has 70 members.
