Our purpose is to build better lives by helping people move more, connect with others, and find meaning in their day-to-day lives. We support children, young people, and adults who often face barriers because of poverty, isolation, or limited opportunity. Through structured activity and trusted relationships, we help people improve their wellbeing, grow in confidence, and take steps towards education, training, or work. Our programmes take place in schools and communities and are built around physical activity, mentoring, and life skills. We also work alongside partners in education, health, and the third sector to offer joined-up support and create stronger, more connected communities. We are an award winning social enterprise charity having been awarded Dundee Social Enterprise of the Year and winners the Community Impact category at The Courier Business Awards. We have also been recognised in both The Scottish Parliament and UK Parliament. |
